Dr Dee Matharu is the Co-Principal of COCO Dental, committed to delivering patient-centred care with a particular focus on supporting nervous and anxious patients. Her aim is to create a calm environment where every patient feels comfortable and at ease while receiving the care they need.
Graduating from King’s College London in 2010, Dr Dee brings over a decade of experience in general dental practice. Her passion for helping patients overcome dental anxiety has led her to focus her career in dental sedation.
She was awarded a Distinction in the Diploma in Conscious Dental Sedation at King’s College London and now specialises in the treatment of anxious patients using intravenous conscious sedation techniques.
Dr Dee’s gentle and empathetic approach, combined with her advanced knowledge of conscious sedation, enables her to tailor treatments to each patient’s individual needs, ensuring a relaxed and positive experience throughout.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Dee is a devoted mother who enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
