With Enlighten
Enlighten is one of the most popular professional home-whitening treatments available. The fast-acting gel gently penetrates and breaks down surface staining while gradually lightening teeth to a Vita B1 shade.
Dentists use the Vita scale to compare enamel shades. B1 is the most natural white possible. The whole treatment takes two to three weeks, but it can be done while you relax at home. We’re sure you’ll agree this is time well spent.
How It Works
Before starting your journey, we will invite you to an initial consultation. We need to assess your teeth, as thinning enamel or cavities can make whitening treatments sensitive or painful. We will address any problems we find before we start the process.
Your initial consultation is also an opportunity for us to digitally scan your smile so we can make custom whitening trays. These trays will safely hold the whitening gel to your teeth.
Once the laboratory has made your whitening trays, we will show you how to use them. The next step is for you to wear your trays each night for the duration of your treatment.
As time progresses, you’ll see noticeable changes in your teeth. Throughout the process, your smile will become lighter and brighter. If you love the results at the halfway point, wait to see your smile at the end.

How It Works
Before your treatment, we need to check if it’s right for you. Some people are more prone to sensitivity due to the condition of their teeth. Don’t worry: thinning enamel and cavities are not a barrier. We can fix any damage first.
There are two Boutique treatment options, and we can help you determine which is right for you.
Boutique By Day – This option includes a higher concentration of the whitening agent. An increased dose means it’ll work quicker. You will only need to wear your whitening trays for a couple of hours each day.
Boutique By Night – If you have sensitive teeth, we can take a gentler approach. This option uses a whitening solution with a lower concentration. You’ll get the same outcome, but you will wear your whitening trays for longer periods of time each night.
During your initial consultation, we will take precise digital scans of your teeth. These are used to create your custom whitening trays. Once the laboratory has completed your trays, we will provide you with the whitening gels and full instructions.
Over the next two or three weeks, you’ll wear your trays as directed. Gradually, stains and discolouration will fade away, and your smile will look brand new.
Why Boutique?
Boutique gives you greater flexibility over when you whiten your teeth. You can opt for the day treatment to reduce the wear time for your whitening trays. Alternatively, you can choose the lower concentration solution and gradually whiten overnight.
