With over a decade in dentistry, Aleksa’s journey has been shaped by a passion for patient care, continuous growth, and creativity. Starting as a dental nurse, she progressed through roles such as CQC assistant manager before discovering her talent for marketing. Since joining COCO Dental in 2018, she advanced from Head Dental Nurse to Treatment Coordinator, seamlessly combining her clinical expertise with strategic creativity to enhance patient engagement and branding.

Aleksa’s patient-centric approach is at the heart of everything she does. She takes pride in guiding patients through their treatment journeys, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and confident at every stage. Her commitment to patient care led her to pursue multiple postgraduate diplomas, including oral health education and dental radiography, strengthening her ability to support patients beyond the chair.

Now, as COCO Dental’s Business Development and Marketing Manager, Aleksa blends industry knowledge with creativity, designing compelling campaigns and capturing the beauty of life-changing transformations. Seeing patients gain confidence through their smiles and being part of their journey is one of the most fulfilling aspects of her role. Her professional ambition is to help spread the word and encourage people to make the change in their life.

Outside of work, Aleksa loves traveling with her family, spending time playing with her dog, and enjoying new experiences. She also enjoys ice skating and various sports activities to stay inspired and active.
